While we strive to ensure all colours and floral varieties are depicted accurately, minor variations may occur due to seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of fresh flowers and plants. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants, or container types with items of equal or greater value and similar style when necessary.

4. Delivery

Fleur Passage Co. offers delivery services within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts or significant changes to delivery instructions after an order has been dispatched.

For perishable items, adequate arrangements should be made by the recipient to receive the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of items if they are left unattended for extended periods after delivery.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service. For standard floral arrangements and plant sales, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. For custom orders, wedding floral design, large events, or floral subscriptions, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or subscription terms.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can address your concerns.
